Street Food & Cocktail Culture. Almost every day from 5 pm, rotating food pop-ups complement the experience at Suderman and pair perfectly with our cocktails. From authentic tacos and modern pizza to original Jamaican street food, every day has its own flavour.
On Taco Tuesdays, Los Carnales brings its legendary tacos to Suderman, combining authentic Mexican street-food culture with some of the finest locally sourced meats. Thursdays are all about Pommes & Champagne: we open our entire Champagne list at neighbourhood prices and serve selected bottles by the glass, accompanied by crispy fries and laid-back vibes.
Every Friday, Double Zero Pizza takes over with its much-talked-about Detroit-style pizzas, offering a modern take on pizza with uncompromising quality. And every second Saturday, Original Golden Patties brings a taste of Jamaica to Cologne, serving savoury patties and Caribbean classics that pair perfectly with our drinks.

Suderman is perfect for groups of 10 or more – just send us your request by email!
On weekends, we apply a minimum spend of €25 per person.
For tables of four or more, we reserve the right to split the bill into a maximum of two checks.
Please note: we can’t guarantee specific table requests – but of course, we’ll do our best to make it happen!
