🍹 The Role: 360° Bartender

This isn’t a “just-pour-drinks” job. You’ll be part of a small, well-tuned team where everyone pulls in the same direction. The focus is always on the guest—alongside structure, reliability, and love for detail.

A typical night means:

Working with ownership—without being on your own

Hosting, mise en place, and serving spot-on drinks

Shaping the atmosphere—at the bar, on the floor, at events

Keeping your cool and overview when it gets busy
